Where we stand
SCRM (Sync Code Risk Management) began on strong core values. Many of our operatives are ex-military from various units and regiments, namely British Forces. Others also come from customer service engagements, the public sector and response roles within the security industry as a minimum. SCRM has high standards and even higher expectations. We will always prioritise deploying our operatives with strong, proven experience. These operatives will be vetted thoroughly and will have worked with us in the past.
However, we also encourage new applicants to engage with us. Recently it has been shown that gaining a qualification is not enough. Many course providers have lacked integrity when training people to pass exams, so many are without adequate training and knowledge.
Those that have shown potential and are invited to work with us at entry level, are mentored by us. We look after our operatives. We intend to raise standards across the industry, we can only begin by helping the next generation.
A message from our director...
I would like to begin by welcoming you to SCRM.
We are a London-based company built on strong foundations. Respect, Honesty and Commitment. Many of us have come from previous services, others looking to progress further from entry roles. I, myself, am from humble beginnings. I grew up in South London and served within the Household Division, British Army. Before becoming a Close Protection Operative, I began in the Events industry and worked my way up through multiple positions. From safety steward, to response operations, team supervisor and eventually specialist covert surveillance teams.

Moving on from the military, I've made my position as director of SCRM a full-time commitment for the foreseeable future.We as a company are being recommended to new clients and I'm thrilled to say 2025 will be a busy year. As well as desk duties, I work alongside other operators in the Close Protection Circuit. This year shall be no different. I'll personally be ensuring all operations are managed efficiently and my staff are well-supported.
